Refunds

• Belladonna Glam Studio has the right to refuse services to anyone & can result in the loss of any deposit.

• No refunds are given for no call no shows.

• No refunds for allergic reactions to products or equipment. (Patch test is available prior to appointment, please inquire if you would like to request a patch test.

• A free consultation is given at the time of services before any services are rendered, therefore no refunds will be given for displeased service(s).

FYIs

• Healed results vary for each individual client.

• Additional sessions may be required to obtain optimal results and additional charges may apply.

• All corrections including, but not limited to, color enhancement, color change, reshaping, adding to, or correction proportion on work done by another artist will include a $100 correction fee.

• Touchups do not apply to any PMU work acquired outside of Belladonna Glam Studio.

• Tips are not required and are optional upon checkout in the form of a fixed % or a custom tip amount.

• Although Belladonna Glam Studio always puts for the best effort in providing the best results, many factors can result in a less than desired outcome as each client will heal differently depending on skin type, skin tone, medications, alcohol, etc. This is why care and client honesty is vital to achieve desired results.

 

Payments

• A $100 non-refundable deposit per treatment is required to book and confirm all appointments.

• This deposit goes toward the total cost of service(s) and will be deducted from the total cost. Any remaining balance will be due the day of appointment.

• Payment methods include: Zelle, Cashapp, Venmo, and Cash.

 

Timeliness

• We ask that all first time clients arrive 10 minutres prior to scheduled appointment to complete paperwork.

• Any client who is 20 minutes late will be charged a $15 late fee.

• Any client over 20 minutes late will be cancelled and the cancellation policy will be enforced.

 

Cancellation Policy

• All cancellations require 48 hours notice to allow the opportunity for another client to be scheduled.

• A one time reschedule without loss of deposit will be available for those who abide by the 48 hour notice.

• Any client that does not give a 48 hour cancellation notice or is more than 20 minutes late to their appointment will be considered a no call no show, no exceptions.

• A no call no show will have a one time opportunity to reschedule their appointment to a time and date that is available by Belladonna Glam Studios with full payment of services due upon the time of rebooking.
